Phoebe Porter's collection of precious jewellery titled MODERN LOVE is made to celebrate love and represent the intimate connections between people, place and time. These pieces explore geometric abstraction and compositional balance to create future heirlooms that resonate with the influences of early modernism and elegant industrial minimalism.
Each design can be the starting point for a customised iteration, made to exactly fit the wearer and reflect their unique identity. Locally produced in Phoebe’s studio, these pieces are made to last.
Phoebe is acutely aware of the importance of jewellery in one’s life. All the pieces made for Modern Love are designed to be worn, cherished, and eventually passed on.

Here are a few guidelines about the custom order process:
Ring sizing
Ring sizing is a quite a detailed process. If you are able to visit Gorman Art Centre, Phoebe is happy to confirm your ring size in person (by appointment only). Alternatively, she can send you a sizing gauge so you can measure your ring size at home.
Prices
Each piece is quoted on an individual basis taking into account the materials, ring size and making process. Precious stone prices vary based on type, size and quality. Phoebe is happy to work with you to design something within a specified budget.
Titanium rings without gemstones start from approximately $590
Tantalum rings without gemstones start from approximately $790
18ct gold rings without gemstones start from approximately $2000
9ct gold rings without gemstones start from approximately $1000
Payment terms
A 50% deposit is required to confirm custom orders. The balance is due on delivery of the finished piece. Shipping and transit insurance costs will be calculated before delivery and added to the final invoice.
Timeframe
Delivery of custom pieces takes 4-6 weeks from when the order is confirmed with payment of a 50% deposit.
