Jeanette inherited a beautiful diamond engagement ring from her dear friend Ilga and decided to have the diamond made into a necklace she can wear regularly. The brief was for a piece that was bold and industrial, yet could still be worn while doing the vacuuming. The stone is set in a partial bezel that sits asymmetrically on a solid gold bar. The chain is a flat oval cable chain, which is elegant with an industrial edge. The necklace is finished with a handmade catch.
